Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and manage equipment involved in the manufacturing of ACs and washing machines.
- Follow the standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure smooth production.
- Inspect and maintain quality standards during the manufacturing process.
- Troubleshoot any operational issues and report them to supervisors.
- Adhere to safety and operational guidelines.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Qualification: Diploma (All Trades).
- Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
- Skills Required:
- Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Strong attention to detail and focus on quality.
Salary & Benefits:
- In-hand Salary: ₹16,100 (for 8 hours) + Overtime opportunities.
